  Jman Builders did a really great job on my deck. It looks great and was done at a fair price. I preferred the price of green treated lumber for the price and size of the deck. Jman Builders added cedar railings with black spindles to make it really stand out. They really went the extra mile. Thanks Jman.

  My deck has never been so good. I keep getting compliments about my big deck, and how well the bushes are trimmed. He will make your deck so good that all your neighbors will ask to see your big deck. Now my best friend's wife keeps sitting on my deck.

  After waiting on a different contractor to replace our siding for 3 years, we hired JMan Builders to complete the work. Within a month we got our estimate, supplies ordered and job complete! They showed up a day earlier than planned and completed the job in 3 days. Communication was great, all workers were super friendly and most importantly their quality of work is top notch! After not having a great experience with the first contractor JMan Builders was a breath of fresh air!

  I have use Jman Builders on 2 occasions. One for full house siding replacement and the other to build a pergola. We have been happy with each and felt his prices were better than others. He is easy to communicate with by text, phone and in person. He worked with our insurance to get our siding changed and was able to get a higher grade siding for less money. He also worked with our local lumber yard when he needed to switch out or add supplies to the pergola build when I made changes. He was also happy to make changes when I made them.

  Juan was great to work with! Neighbors were all amazed with the speed and hard work that the crew put into our house, as well as the finished product! Very happy with the quality, craftsmanship, and cost of our siding and framing projects! Would definitely call them anytime I need something done, and will recommend every chance I get! Thank you!

  I am so grateful for the hard working, ethical, and quality contracting services I received from JMAN. Not only did he follow through with what he said he would do, but his work was quality workmanship. His workers were very kind and courteous in all manners, yet they knew they had a job to complete and stayed on task. My wife and I are grateful as without JMAN our home would have never gotten completed on time. Where other folks tractors delayed, overpromised and under delivered and broke their promised, JMAN came through. They were efficient even during the worst weather days. They are excellent in framing, roofing siding, masonry and so many other aspects of the construction. As the owner of Nexthome in **********, I plan to recommend this outfit to my colleagues, associates, and clients alike. Glad to give an A+ rating.
