    Below is an email I sent to the the hotel manager with no reply after multiple days.Good morning ***************************,This previous Saturday, June 17th, I came in for an overnight stay while intown for a youth baseball tournament. I reserved the room less than 20 minutes prior to arriving on the property to check in.Upon initial arrival, the lobby area reaked of skunk (Marijuana/ pot) and f**** After checking in at the front desk, as I was walking through the building, I saw used Q-tips laying in the middle of the ****way, there were litter boxes in the **** *** filled with feces, animal food spilled in the **** next to the bags that it was supposed to be in.When I got to my room, it was not cleaned or touched at all. White towels had black stains on them, wet and laying on the bathroom floor. Multiple bed linens on the floor, on bed had no linens and was a bare mattress. I went back to the front desk where nobody was there because the person working the front desk was too busy smoking in their car, directly in front of the door, after watching me walk in. I had to flag them down to come in and help me. The inside of the car was visibly gross with animal food loose all over the seats and floor. This is not to be negative to anyone's situation but it is not a good representation of your establishment. The worker was rude and said there was nothing she could do and took no pride or responsibility as to the issues I stated above. This person had a stained shirt stunk of smoke and were disrespectful and unacommadating.With all that, as previously requested that evening, I request/demand a refund or I will be contacting the BBB and the health department. I hate to be so intense but that was a ridiculous 10 minute experience with a truly lack of care on the worker and upkeep of that establishment.Please let it be known that I was able to find a cheaper hotel close by that was 10 times cleaner with better customer service.Thank you, *************************
