    This company should be closed by the Attorney General of ****. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish and a black hole of time and money. This company is the very definition of fake it till you make it. They promised top-notch quality and expertise in their field. However, what they delivered was shockingly amateurish and sloppy workmanship. It was as if they had no experience whatsoever in laying floors. Uneven cuts all cobbled together by a copious amount of wood glue and tape. The entire installation was a complete shameless mess. My toddler would have done a better job. To make matters even more infuriating, they were incredibly difficult to communicate with. Never answered calls, unclear timelines, poor communication between workers. In the end they ghosted us. In hindsight, I feel like I've been conned by these so-called professionals. They took advantage of my trust and deceived me with false promises. I wouldn't recommend this flooring company to my worst enemy. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and money, and look elsewhere for competent and honest professionals who actually know what they're doing.

    Very unprofessional company all around. Met with Jason in December to plan our bathroom remodel. Upon discussing popular bathroom appliance colors, Jason recommended rose gold which we decided to go with. Was told that demolition and construction would start early January. There was a delay in getting all products in, so construction was pushed back to February 1st. Today (June 28), our bathroom is still not finished. Was told that due to us changing from chrome to rose gold and tile flooring we needed to pay $1000 to finish the bathroom. We payed the $1000 with a signed contract that stated the bathroom would be completed within 2 weeks. Check was cashed next day and no work done on our bathroom for weeks. Workers don’t communicate with each other or us. Parts (lights, mirrors, our door handle) are still missing. Upon trying to talk with Jason, we were told to not contact him or go to his showroom ever again. We were just wanting our bathroom that was started 5 months ago to be done. Be careful we this company will take your money and then ghost you and make you out to be “unreasonable.” There is much more to this story. Do NOT recommend working with RIC.

    RICflooring Buyer beware, if they don’t finish in one day, they may not come back. They did 95% of my mom’s flooring in Marion. and never came back, and would not communicate why.
