    Hired LSH lawn care to level an area in our yard and put up an above ground pool. He came and started the job. We paid him in full that day. He stated he would be back at 9 AM the following day to finish. Proceed to no-show for at least nine different dates over the course of a month, pool was ruined. Refused to return to complete the work, refund our payment or replace the ruined pool. Although he told us he has installed 25 swimming pools in the past, he actually isnt insured to do this type of work.

    I hired LSH to remove trees, stumps, roots from my property and regrade the hill and parts of the yard due to the tree/***** removal in August of 2022. I paid $2461 dollars for this work. Of this $600 was to be for dirt work and excavating of roots in the ground. There were initially some issues with the dirt work which was addressed. I do acknowledge some of the roots were removed. However, what appears to have taken place is instead of taking out all of the roots that were on the hill and from the main tree in the front, they were simply covered with dirt. Now that the dirt has started to settle, the excavating of the tree roots was not done completely. When I reached out to *****, owner, via email in June to discuss and find a resolution. My emails went unanswered. I have attached the email I sent to LSH with one of the photos.

    Started work September of 2021 He did some landscaping for me. The one problem was the island he did in my front yard.The island quickly got covered in weeds and killed all the plants I paid for. He also planted a burning ****, and other **** that also died. He promised to replace these as he told me they had a 1 year warranty. He was also suppose to grade a section of my yard, he started doing it this year, then left and never came back leaving a bigger mess. I had to pay someone else again to fix his mess. I also had to pay over $1800.00 to have my island redone. I have tried several times to reach out to him with no luck. I just want a refund on the money I had to respend and the plants replaced/ or the money I paid for the plants. He was paid in full for all the work!
