On 12/19/22 I took my vehicle in for an oil change. Following the oil change I went home where my vehicle was parked in the garage until 12/20/22. On 12/20/22 I went to clean my windshield to find that my vehicle was completely out of washer fluid. I read the statement from the oil change where it is clearly stated that washer fluid was added the day prior. I have never had any issue with my wash fluid and never have to fill outside of when they fill it during routine oil changes. I called the company to discuss the fact that it was written on my paper that fluid was added but was completely empty. The "manager" began arguing with me saying that he looked at the camera footage and can clearly see that they filled the washer fluid to the top. He also told me he would deny any claim I tried to submit even though I never brought that up. Additionally, he told me that obviously my washer fluid must be leaking and is probably all over the highway (despite me never having an issue prior). I question whether or not they even changed the oil at this point with the way he was acting toward me and telling me that I was the one arguing.
