On 3/27/2024 I purchased 4 Pirelli tires from TireRack.com. Their website listed the tire cost at $630.56 with an incentive deduction of $80 and a mail-in rebate of an additional $100 for tires purchased on or before 3/31/2024. The rebate had to be submitted either on-line or by mail on or before 4/30/2024. I paid TireRack.com a total of $580.84 ($630.56-$80+$30.28 sales tax) on 3/27/2024. The tires were delivered to my installer the next day and I received my receipt from TireRack.com within a few days so that I could apply for the $100 rebate. Starting on March 31st, and three times since then I have tried to submit the rebate application on-line, but when I click on the submit button, nothing happens. I then have called the number provided, and each time got an automated message telling me there were no customer service representatives available so I should leave my name, email address and phone number and someone would contact me. After 4 attempts in 3 weeks I have not heard a word from them nor have I been able to submit the application on-line. I contacted ******* and was told they had nothing to do with the rebate program but gave me a number to call, It was the same number I had been calling and getting no response from. I then contacted TireRack.com. They also told me they had nothing to do with the rebate program, but were kind enough to offer me $100 off my next tire purchase from them if I couldn't get resolution. The option to snail mail the: rebate application has an address of:Pirelli $100 March Rebate C/O Channel Fusion **************************** I will snail mail this rebate application in to them before 4/30/2024, but in their very small print terms and conditions it says that if they find anything wrong with the application they will throw it away and will not contact me to let me know that. After the experience I've had with the on-line application, I'm pretty certain my snail mail application will end up in the trash heap.

******************* emailed Channel Fusion on 4/17.  We responded on 4/18 notifying him we had submitted his rebate and he responded within 5 minutes with his appreciation. He also called on 4/23 and left a voice message.  We responded letting him know to allow 4-6 weeks to receive his rebate payment which is our standard timeline.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

If I don't receive the rebate within the 6 week timeframe that Channel-Fusion promised I will re-submit the complaint.
