    Movers broke our 65 inch *********** They never wrapped it our protected it the left screen pixels was damaged. We left messages no one has called back we sent text as well nothing from the movers.

    My bosses 94 yr old mother was moving to senior living. A brand new building. I ******* and they came up along with other companies. They responded and said we were in good hands. My boss hired them and they broke things, scratched antiques, dirtied walls, used entrance door they shouldn't have and were asked not too. They cussed. They broke the frame to a bed and never said a word. Had the bracket not been seen laying on the floor, my bosses 94 hr old mother would have gotten into bed, the frame would have collapsed and she could have gotten seriously injured. They asked to be paid in cash and never sent a receipt after several requests for one. I should have read reviews but they were so nice and promised to take care of this 94 yr olds move. We were completely scammed and taken advantage of. He does not answer texts, emails or anything thing. We can't even get a receipt. When asked if they were bonded and insured to cover the damage, you get no response. We had to pay someone to come and fix the items that were damaged and some are beyond repair. They damaged the floors and walls in this brand new senior living facility. Also this ladies car has been hit in the parking lot. We are pulling camera footage and feel it was probably this moving company for revenge

    April 30,2024 this company was to move me from **********, ** to *****,**. We agreed on April29 via phone to start between 8:30 and 9 AM. They were late showing up, after I contacted them said they had an issue with the truck. All said and done they finally showed up at 2pm- 5 hours late. I originally told them I had to be loaded 2, because I had to do the finally cleaning of the house after it was empty. I was on site during the loading but due to time problems I couldn't watch them as much. Finished loading at 5:50pm. The final walk though by new buyers was at 6PM. In previous conversations I said I would plan to unload on April 30, 2024 at about 10:30. So on the 30 after my closing, I called and said I would be at the new location by 9:30am. I was then told that beings I couldn't unload first thing in the morning he put the guys on another job. They would be at my location in 2-3 hours. So instead of unloading around ten they finally showed up at 4:30, basically 6 hours late. He then wanted payment in cash before they unload, which I was never told this was to be cash. He finally let they start unloading because I storm was moving in. The truck they used was damaged on the roof, so my items had a lot of tar and insulation stuck to them. My coffee table has a huge chip, items are water stained and they broke by curio cabinet. It is in 3 pieces now. When they got about half unloaded and I knew about alot of the damage the owner calls and wants payment or he will have them quit unloading. I in good faith wrote out the check to *********************** as he requested, because I didn't want my items left on the truck and damaged more. I understand things happen, but they broke the curio cabinet at the old location and never told me. I want compensation for a replacement.

    I was needed to leave my apartment by Friday Aug 4.. The mover I have used in the pass could not help. I found this person on the internet. He stated that the cost would be $120.00 p[er hour and $75.00 for the truck. I had 80 % of my items packed and all he needed to do was haul out the heave items ( bed , bed frame, dresser, tv and stand. It took his people five hours to finish. They did not have the boxes I asked for, nor the dollies, not the wagon to move me out of my apartment.. He started adding prices such as milesage, and I wwas traped. It took his people over 5 hours to pack it. I called the ************** ********** aand he stated that I had a contact with him. I stop payment on the check to find out what was going on. The Attorney Genetal off and the ********** of ***** stated to stop it and see what was going. Now this person has threaten to auction off my items. I have contaccted the ** office and they are going to experd the situration. I am filing a report with you and I will file a small case fore and take him for $6,500. Please top him and have him return my items. He has a FF with the BBB
