    I have used Take 5 services before. This was the first time that I have been to this location the oil change went fine and as I was able to drive away to get to my location which was two hours away. the next time I started my car, my check engine light was on. Since I was was two hours away I went to a local shop to get the issue fixed. The shop was able to fix my issue in 20 minutes because they found that the oil change workers left items left unplugged and that what cause my problems. Specially the employees that did my oil change failed to connect my air filter back after unplugging it. Once I learned what caused my check engine light to turn on, I called the shop and asked to speak to a manager. The manager was not available and the person who answered told me he could not help me with my issue. I was told the manager will call me back and that never happened.

    June 26th an oil change was done on my 2017 **** Explorer. My truck begin smoking shortly after the oil change. I contacted the business the next morning and had my truck towed back to the business due to it still smoking from the exhaust. Once towed back to the business I was immediately was refunded. No explanation as to why my truck was smoking. I was suggested I have a mechanic look at it. ***** towed to mechanic who diagnosed my engine was overfilled with oil. Manager at the business admitted something went wrong in their oil change bay but was unsure of what exactly. It has been almost 2 weeks trying to reach the claims department. Ive reached out by email as well as telephone and have yet to speak to someone. My truck is not drivable and has not been drivable since the oil change was done. I am requesting a claims agent contact me as well as start the process to behind repairs. I was also told by the store manager they currently have another open claim. As I stated before it was already admitted by store manager Qaun it was the businesses fault. Id like their claims department not I do their job and contact me. I am without a vehicle and no answers.I also dont know the cost of repairs because they have not sent out an adjuster.
