    I bought this red light mask in December of 2023. It worked fine at first, and then I noticed that it would shut off automatically immediately. This started after its 3rd charge with the charging cable included. 8 months later, and pretty minimal use, my Cleopatra mask no longer works at all because it does not charge. I have used othe "c" cables that work just fine, and still the mask won't work.I contacted their customer service online, via email, as they have NO working phone number. I got the typical apology and run around. I sent several evidence videos per their request, three different times, and never heard back. It's been almost 5 weeks since my last email. I know I won't be getting any kind of reparation. My advice to anyone interested in buying a red-light therapy mask is to NOT BUT A CLEOPATRA MASK. Do your research.

    Yep its a scam. I wish I would have reviewed closer but the website is pretty legit looking. They give you fake addresses to send it to and you pay the expensive postage to have it returned to sender. Unable to speak to a live person ever and the online responses are clearly bot generated. How do companies get away with this shit? The mask is a legit POS. I disputed and filed a BBB complaint. I wonder if I could go to small claims?? Im mad!

    SCAM!!! I was only able to use the mask a few times before it died and wouldnt even charge. Ive emailed and called **************** more than 5 times for a refund to no avail. There are no return instructions. Horrible company. Wish Id seen these complaints sooner and didnt waste $300!!!!

    The product I got from them is terrible. It feels very cheap and smells horrible. *** tried leaving a review on their website twice to warn other customers and it will not post.

    Ordered two masks and have not received them. I have been emailing and leaving messages and am not receiving any response regarding my purchases. I believe this is a scam site.

    Absolutely trash company! Received my order USED face mask was all oily inside and scratched up. The red light turns orange after a few minutes who knows what kind of light it is.Reached out the company and still trying to receive a refund theres one costumer service agent who replies to all emails and the phone # is fake on the website. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I wish I would have just spent more money with a reputable company. Oh and the mask itself is just bulky heavy and uncomfortable to top it off! I have a $300 piece of garbage and cant get a return label or refund from this shady company.

    The address listed here for Cleopatra Mask is a Staples store. They have been trying for months to get this address disassociated from Cleopatramask.com. This company is selling defective merchandise. Do not buy anything from this company.
