I Honestly wouldn't even give this Property Management Agency 1 Star due to mine and my Daughter's personal experience with them since they took over the property where we currently reside at!! When they 1st took over her Apartment Building everything was ok up until our Refrigerator Suddenly Stopped Working on us and we Reported the issue Immediately, but unfortunately she didn't get a response as quickly as we hoped so we lost over $400 worth of Groceries which we had just brought prior to the Refrigerator quitting. A few days later she received a notice stating it was an Appliance Issue not a Maintenance Issue! Well 2 weeks later she finally got a Notice that another Refrigerator was being brought to her, but when it arrived the men that delivered it told us to wait at least 24 hours before plugging it in due to it had been laying on it's side in a Basement where they picked it up from! So 24 hours later when we plugged it in it didn't work either, well to make a long story short 5 and a Half Month's later and a Written Letter from my daughter stating if they didn't have a Properly Functioning Refrigerator to us within the next 30 days that we would be Purchasing one ourselves and would Deduct whatever it cost from their Rent money! In the meantime there was a Main Waterline in the main Hallway of the building that burst causing the downstairs area to flood & ************** had to come rescue us & 2 days later they turned the Heat off for the apartments downstairs for over 3 days. Well recently they underwent a City Inspection by the City of Hiawatha's Housing ************** suddenly received a notice stating they weren't going to Renew our Lease after November 30th and they ask that we Vacate the Property by No Later Than The date given! But Unfortunately due to such short notice plus it being the Holiday season we haven't been able to find Suitable Housing in the time frame given & I'm Disabled and use a Oxygen Machine whenever needed! What Can/Should we do?

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. PREVIOUSLY PREFERRED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR.
