      In all of my experience the food has always been great. My complaint at this point is they no longer have their own delivery people. Ordered food for my wife and put down the time to deliver so it would be to her work a little before her lunch break and it didn't get there until she only had 10 minutes left. I called the restaurant before this though after she had been waiting for 10 minutes past when her lunch started and they said it was out for delivery. I said I just wanted a refund which they did and there was no problem with the refund. But they acted like if she just waits for it she'll get it. Ok and shovel in all her food in 5 minutes? Fast forward I thought I'd give them another chance because my wife likes their food. Same exact situation. Door Dash is a joke. I don't care how much the tip is for incentive, if that's how they deliver and they offer time slots it should be there in that time. Once again the food has always been fine but delivery is a joke with Door Dash.

      I work as Door Dashers, and only at this location have been treated with lack of respect, consideration, mutual understanding, & last invasion of personal privacy. I have talked with door dash suppport and they tell me we are allowed to only provide not show our phone becuase most of the information matches up on both screens and its not my fault that ( Panera) they have stolen food and to place that negativity on me when I have always delivered all of my orders. This is a huge lack of Respect & today while at the store after calling my support and explaining situation I get advise to go back into store and the lady who has always caused an issue is followed by this large man who I am able to indentify as the General Manager walks towards me spreads himself out making himself large and intimidating, then I listen to my instructions from support ask again for order and this man says aggressively and loudly at me I have to show my phone and I expressed that I am not comfortable but I will share the customers identification number or other information. I felt scared while standing there in his presence. He was intimidating and not willing at all to allow for me to provide customers id and then yes, I would have hit confirmed.He was made my experience at one of my favorite locations a terrible negative experience. Trust & RESPECT goes both ways.Our phones are our personal property and for a business to demand ( show my phone or dont get order) are ************ shows huge lack of Respect for all clients. This feels like coercion. Show phone or dont get order. That nit right, to demand, when they dont get to have access into our personal data on our phones.

      I went to Panera Bread with high expectations after reviewing their menu. What I found going to Panera Bread and receiving my meal was totally unexpected. The menu show a full bowl where what I received was less than half a bowl of food. I went to ask if it was a mistake about the portions received and they mocked me when I turn around (my wife was watching as I walked away). Immature employees is a second complaint I have. They hire what seems like below average HS students. I will never step in another Panera Bread Restaurant. High Price and very little food, nothing like the menu pictures (false advertising to the extreme). I should have gone to Chili's or Cheddars.

      If i could do no stars, i would! Ordered through app food delivery and half of food didnt get delivered. Called panera to discuss, employee caught attitude and started telling me that there was nothing They would do because they dont do delivery anymore and i needed yo call door dash and discuss with them. Manager was nice to tell me that panera doesnt do delivery anymore and that only thing she can do is offer money back. This is not first time this happened that half of the order went missing. Will definitely stop going there!

      Service was a little slow, but it was early so my guess is that they had a lot of online orders. Food was good!
