    On 8/2/2021 we signed a contract to have PPC side our house with aluminum siding. We paid $9634.00 down payment since the siding had to be ordered and was not something the supply house stocked. After waiting one year the material was dropped off by the supply house in our yard without any notification from *** or the supply house on 8/7/2022. I contacted *** to see when he could schedule to our job. He said he would get back to us but never did. I called him a few days later and he told me he was finishing up on a couple jobs and would get back to us which he never did. I called him again and told him we would be out of town for a week and not to schedule us when we were not home. He told me to call him back when we got back to town. I called him when we returned home from traveling and he was with someone and would call us back. He of course never called back and now I have called every day for the last 10 days to a phone that has a full mail box that doesnt allow you to even leave a message. I also left a text message to his phone which he has not returned. This is not acceptable behavior for a BBB member. Communication with this business is the worst I have ever encountered in my entire life.

    Not sure why this is an issue! Like **** said I answered when the order was delivered. I answered when **** said he was going on vacation. 

    I did not answer for a few days after he got back because of family. I just answered this last weekend and told **** we would be out next Tuesday.

    But after this Complaint not knowing **** did this to us, we are no longer wanting to do business with **** as a client!

    We will have to see about what is refunded due to all the work we have put into ***** project over the year. **** has special siding that is an Aluminum siding and companies are not wanting manufacture this product anymore. Manufactures are discontinuing this product and it takes forever to get this in.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The work has not begun on my project and no date has yet been scheduled to do the work. I filed this concern because *** never follows through on what he tells me. He tells me that they might start next week about Tuesday September 20th. If that happens all is good. If not it is just another promise that never happens. The real problem is that *** never calls me. I call him if I can get through and get no firm response on when he will do the work. What was I to think when he leaves town for a family matter and I left messages for 10 days and got no reply other than his mail box is full. Please just do the job and all will be resolved.
