  They claim they are ***** certified on their website, but they did not follow any of the ***** requirements for mold remediation in our project. Improper containment that fell down multiple times during remediation, no negative air pressure ventilated outside, no PPE worn by workers who then walked through our house (including baby's nursery) with the same clothes and shoes they had just worn tearing out moldy drywall. They didn't cut out all of the drywall that was wet so we had to bring it to their attention and ask them to come back. They claimed that the chemical spray they used "kills mold within 30 seconds" - which after further investigation is untrue. They then left the project with blower fans running and containment plastic falling down overnight before returning to pick up their fans a few days later. No small particle cleaning and no post-remediation testing offered or anything else to confirm that their work was sufficient.Lo and behold, the mold wasn't all removed or "killed". The treated area and air testing both tested positive for the most toxic type of black mold weeks later with an educated mold inspector. Their lack of proper containment and use of a blower fan contaminated our HVAC system (cold air return less than 8' away from the area). During this time our entire family began feeling sick and urine labs later showed significant mold *********** bringing the concern to management's attention, they offered to come back to "try to make it right" and waived the balance due. While we appreciated the concept, it was clear they have no idea how to properly handle mold remediation so we chose not to have them enter our home again. Many, many thousands of dollars out of pocket later, the situation has been fully taken care of by other knowledge contractors. But I sincerely wish that we had known what to look for prior to hiring 911 Restoration and hope that no other families go through the ordeal we endured at the expense of their poor work.
