    BHFO, be careful! know brands and what fits and what doesn't before purchasing. I used their size charts and nothing I ordered was according the size chart given. I purchased a dress, which was way to large for me and they said the item was described as non-returndable (which I would never have purchased if it had been marked that way when I purchased).. it was marked that way when I looked up item after my purchase arrived??? Anyway it was $10.00 S&H to return all 3 items. They did not reimburse for the dress that supposedly was marked "non-returnable at the time I purchased!" IT WAS NOT MARKED THAT WAY WHEN I PURCHASED.. I explained that on the invoice when returned and they still did not give me my money back for that item - about $37.00. I think it is a racket! My items arrived crunched in a small/ripped/bag - terrible customer service. They also make it hard to return... They do not put return order number on invoice in package. They like to make life difficult. PURCHASE FROM BHFO AT YOUR OWN RISK...

    I bought a coat and they sent it to me defective. Threads were coming apart at the seams underneath the right sleeve. I contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do for me because they have a product disclaimer that says they may sell defective and/or damaged items. I wish I had known that because I would have NEVER bought anything from them. I will not be doing business with them ever again. Don’t waste your money like I did with them. You have been warned.

    It was weird ordering first since I did not know much about the site But my order came in no problem I did get a weird scam text the week of my package being delivered, but that was only thing negative -2 stars because this is very concerning thing, I would buy again, but only as a last resort

    The dress is exactly what I expected *************** The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the dress arrived with no extra sequins attached. It looks like they probably were attached at some point because there was a plastic tag hanging off the side of the dress where it more than likely once hung. Thankfully, all sequins weee in tact and I look forward to wearing the gown at my daughters wedding.

    Unfortunately, the shoes I ordered were not the same size. One size 6 and one size 10. They were supposed to be "final sale", but customer service was able to help me with a refund. So basically my review is for good customer service!
