  I sent a guitar body to be refinished with turnaround time stated at 3 to 6 months. I have been trying to get the guitar body since the 6 month ***** It has been 13 months and still no guitar body. Do not do business with these guys.

  If I could rate this "business" 0 stars that would be extremely generous. This is BY FAR the most frustrating and sketchy company I have ever had to deal with. I placed my order 2 YEARS ago, on June 1st, 2022. At the time, the order was quoted "3-6 months plus". I paid for the order in full, up-front, and was okay with the quoted turnaround time. I received auto-generated emails upon my order confirmation and once my guitar body and neck arrived at the shop. I requested order updates via email on 1-9-23, 6-21-23, and 8-1-23, with nothing but auto-replies, with no information regarding my order. Finally on August 2, ****************************************************************************************** a week. I kindly thanked him for the update, and remained patient. Four months later, on December 18th, I emailed again for another update, again, nothing but an auto-reply. My last attempt was on May 1st, 2024. I reminded him that is had been almost two years since I placed my order, and again....nothing but an automated response.I can't think of a more negligent, half-baked and sketchy business practice than to take customer orders with full payment upfront, along with their guitar bodies, then provide little to no avenues of communication. I sent this business a guitar body and neck, totaling over $800, plus the $400 I paid up-front for the paint job. At this point, I don't even know if I'll receive my property, let alone a finished paint job. If you go to the website now, anyone can place a new order, send them their money and personal property, and absolutely guarantee themselves a very dodgy, sketchy and bad customer experience. You might even be losing property along with time and money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GUITAR PAINT GUYS.

  After a waiting period of 4 months this company finished my guitar body in the wrong color. They offered to refinish the body in the original color (another 4 month wait), and I agreed. Shortly thereafter, I was informed that the original color was no longer available. I was forced to select samples for an alternative color. The company failed to send samples and broke all contact.
  
  I've left a number of messages through email and Facebook. The emails were ignored, the Facebook messages were erased and I was blocked.
  
  A claim was filed through the Iowa Better Business Bureau, the company still has not taken responsibility.

  I paid for a paint job 4/19/2021 and sent the body immediately. They posted it could possibly be four to six months. August 2nd 2021 I asked if I could update the paint job if it hadn't been done yet and they said yes, and there was a $100 upcharge for the new paint (color shift, so not unexpected) and paid the invoice. Fast forward to 5/1/22, my guitar body has been there over a year, 9 months since the order update. I finally received a response 5/16/2022 saying "Just running behind - sorry! Your guitar body is in the booth this week. Really appreciate your patience man -- THANK YOU!!!!" Even if the clear coat somehow took six weeks to fully cure and final buffing it's been over 45 days since then and still no shipping notice, guitar body or refund. My patience is at an end.
