About This Business

I’m Patrick Madison, I’ve been building and renovating in the greater Cedar Rapids area for the past 35 years.  I’m a Master plumber and Journeyman HVAC specialist licensed through the Iowa Plumbing and Mechanical Systems Board.  I also have my septic certification from the Iowa Onsite Waste Water Association.  I spent some time early in my career working in Las Vegas, where I went through the entire Carpenters apprenticeship. I received multiple certificates in welding for vertical up and overhead, metal inert gas (mig), and stick 7018/6011/6013. Local 1977 opened my eyes on what I could achieve.  I was able to work on some really cool projects that you may have seen, such as the roller coaster at New York, New York hotel and the columns at Creasers Palace with their pool addition and tower project just to name a couple.
