I am rejecting this response because I never received the products I ordered and the business wanted me to track them down from FedEx.l which I have no way of doing. They ultimately gave me a refund which I didnt ask for because I wanted the products.  I think they have poor customer service and after multiple attemts to contact them they only responded after i filed the BBB complaint.

    Sincerely,

    Complaint: 20029274

I am rejecting this response because:

JM Enterprises uses the excuse that customer service emails go to their "spam" inbox so they never see them.  It's a response they use on bbb as well as ****** or anywhere else customers  leave a negative review for them.  It's deflecting and a tactic they use to not have to deal with product issues or complaints.  Wouldn't you think they would fix this issue with their email filter if it was a persistent problem or at the very least check their "spam" messages to see if legit customer are being sent to the wrong inbox.

I went on their website and filled out their warranty questionnaire and followed their instructions for communicating with them to a tee including photos.  No response.  Several more attempts, no response.  I emailed their sales department with a general inquiry, I got a response.  When I  asked about my warranty, back to no response.

The product in question has no receipt but it's very clear in the product photos it is their product and it is relatively new.  It broke prematurely and they are not taking responsibility for a faulty or inferior product.

    JM should be held accountable.

    Sincerely,

do you expect? A replacement if you see fit *What is your name? ***************************** *Shipping address? ******************************************************************* *Phone Number? ************ *Email Address? ***************** I never received a response from the company. I sent follow up emails to ************************, ********************* as well as ********************** I got one initial response from ********************* but they assumed I was looking to purchase something and when I let them know I had a warranty inquiry they stopped responding. I have also called their 800 number multiple times but can never get anyone to answer or call me back. It's one thing to not honor my claim but they refuse to respond to the inquiry and that seems wrong. The product has minimal use and it's broken. Photos attached that were submitted at the time of the original claim with JM Enterprises ***.

    BBB,

As we all know some emails go to "SPAM". I can't say if that is the case here but it seems to be.

We don't have the time that the BBB has to entertain a platform of complainers that have a ton of complaints but no receipt for the purchase.

I'm not exactly sure what is even being asked for at this point.

Is the BBB going to force our business to give a complaining customer free parts? No.

We would normally take care of this with very little question. Using the BBB closes the case in our point of view.

The replacement part is for sale to the customer.
