    I bought new flooring for my bedroom. I received an invoice that listed the cost. We tore the carpet out ourselves. I had called and told them the original flooring was not even, they told me don’t worry the installer was going to use a leveler underneath. Installer used an underpayment under the flooring. Master Floor Carpet One sent me a new invoice which was $1000 more then was told plus charged me to remove carpet. I called and talked with them about the difference, and why they charged more and didn’t call first before they changed the type of underpayment. I asked for a discount since we had an invoice for much less. I was told they had already paid the installer and they couldn’t afford discounting because they would lose money. (I guess my money didn’t matter) They ended up giving me $188 off. They made the error and showed very poor service. I would never buy anything there, they will charge extra and you will have to pay.

    The home owner tore the carpet out and thought the plywood underneath was weak. Mr. Doug ****** asked for the installer to put underlayment down before installing the carpet. The installer did as Mr. ****** requested and Mr. ****** knew it wasn't a free addition the accuall additional cost was $480.52. Yes, the invoice did have tear out of carpet included and we did refund the $188.00 tear out of the carpet. The customer did have to pay for the addition of the underlayment that was requested by Mr. ******.
