    On December 29, 2022 I ordered 1 - Vintage Style Stained Glass Cat Table Lamp in the color of blue.It cost $15.97. The order number is ****. I have yet to receive my order. They say it was delivered but it was not delivered to me. I have emailed them for several months now with the promise of another one being shipped to me. I have asked them to either refund my money or ship me a new one. The just keep dragging their feet. I have the email where the order was placed and the email where they say it was shipped. I also have all the correspondence emails between the two of **. Thank you.

    On Nov 7th, 2022, I ordered 8 individual "Blanket Hoodies" from Haeisinc, via their website advertising on ********* I have bought through ******** many times before with no problems. I received a "confirmation" email shortly after I placed the order, giving me "Order#:3411" and "Tracking#:AS810950158CN". I thought it was a little odd that they already were able to generate a tracking number, but figured they were a small company and know the weight of the hoodies, and their system can assign one with the order. Since then, I have never received any updates, valid tracking #, nor my order. I tried to call the number from my email, it's out of *************** email address is fake as well. Their physical address is not legitimate either. Nothing about this company is real, except that they really do take your money. My total owed is: ***** ~ I am not seeking anything more than the full amount of what I paid.
