      July time frame took my ***** suburban into have some stuff looked at. They were supposed to figure out why my steering wheel sensor keep messing up as they were to have fixed prior to this. The charged the ** and then tried to charge me with no having my permission. They did make good asdoi g it for free. The problem is that the guy never checked the steering wheel sensor and again as states charged the **. That is when my ** started to not work. July 2024 took it back in to be checked out again. They charged the ** once again and it started blowing cool air. It now decides what temperature to blow. We are sitting in the suburban as I type this complaint. It was blowing blowing 100 on the passanger side and about 80 on the driver side. I was told that the reason it's blowing hot is due to the temperature outside. I get that can be an issue to get started but we have been in the suburban for about 2 hours now and still blowing hot. I will be taking it somewhere else and paying the $200 to have it looked at yet again. The other reason I'm upset is the VA paid for the repairs in the first place.
