    TERRIBLE. They ruined my floor and screamed at me. I have tried and tried to talk to them about my problem but they told me to, and I quote, "leave a bad review we don't care." Anyone looking to use them should just rip there carpet out now and save there money!

    Zerorez came out to clean our carpet and spilled some kind of bleach or something similar at the main entrance to the living room. Claimed it wasn't them and then it was there when they got here. This is absolutely not the case. We had traffic areas that needed cleaned only. They are claiming the spots were there before they showed up and that we have used some kind of aggressive carpet cleaner on that spot. Definitely visible, and was definitely done by them.
