    Our experience with Minas Tailors, specifically **** and his Mother, has been marked by unprofessionalism, poor communication, and hostility. This has caused us significant distress and financial loss during a crucial life event.Initial Drop-off and Payment: On 07/06/2023, I entrusted my wedding dress to Minas Tailors and paid for their services. They assured me they would call when the dress was ready.Lack of Communication: Despite multiple attempts to reach them over six weeks, including calls and voicemail messages, we received no response. My fianc waited outside the shop for almost two hours, hoping to speak with them.***** and Excuse: **** explained that they faced a family emergency, which caused further delays. We understood and granted them extra time.Ongoing Delays: Two months passed with my dress still at the shop. They promised a 09/06/2023 completion date but later delayed it due to another emergency.Incomplete Work: On 09/07/2023, I tried on my dress, missing the sleeves I had paid for. Initially, they demanded more payment and fabric for the sleeves, only to later admit their mistake.Further Delays and Lack of Accountability: Despite requesting completion by 09/08/2023, they asked for an extension until 09/10/2023. When my fianc visited, they admitted forgetting about the dress, promising completion by 09/11/2023.Threats and Vandalism: On 09/11/2023, my fianc confronted Minas Tailors to seek clarity. The owner verbally abused and threatened violence, culminating in him throwing my dress into the street in front of law enforcement officers.Police Inaction: Despite our distress and police involvement, the authorities deemed it a civil matter, leaving us without recourse ****** has been emotionally draining and financially burdensome, jeopardizing my wedding just days away. Minas Tailors has shown a disregard for professionalism, consumer rights, and decency throughout. Their actions have caused emotional distress and financial loss.
