Its been one year since the concrete border was completed on 6/14/2023. My husband reached out to have the company come seal the concrete border after it dried which was never done. He did reach out twice with no response. For the price that we paid, they need to come out to spray and seal the border. We also have cracking in the top layer around the top of the edging. Right now theyre competitors concrete edging in my development looks better than ours from a reputable company Not just a side business. I am requesting the company come out to finally seal it a year later and evaluate the chips coming out of the top.

2022- **** and ****** received an estimate to have concrete edging installed at their home. In 2022, they did not approve the estimate emailed to them. No work was completed in 2022.

April 2023-**** contacted ***** stating he wanted to move forward with the installation, ***** stated that Brilliant Borders needed to send **** an updated estimate because the from estimate 2022 had expired. A new estimate was emailed to **** in April 2023.

On June 13, 2024, *****, our sale manager received an email from ********** at 8:52PM regarding his request to have ***** stop out and look at their concrete edging that was installed in June 2023. **** emailed photos and asked about resealing the edging a second time.

***** replied to ***** email on June 13, 2024 at 9:13pm, stating that he would be in the area on June 19, 2024 and if he could stop by and meet with him to walk through his concerns. **** agreed to meet with ***** on June 19, 2024.

On June 19, 2024, ***** and **** met and walked around the exterior of his home and looked at the issues **** had emailed us about. ***** reviewed the signed estimate from 2023 with **** that our estimate states we seal the edging once and that our warranty terms state we cover cracks in the edging the width of two quarters. The hairline cracks at ***** home do not meet the terms of our warranty. There is a large broken piece of edging that ***** agreed we would repair as a warranty claim and as an act of good faith, we will reseal the edging at no charge.

**** was agreeable to this resolution on June 19. ***** is emailing a written warranty claim to **** and once **** approves the warranty claim, their warranty work will be placed on our production schedule and completed within 45 days pending weather delays.

I am one of the owners, and I answered all incoming telephone calls in 2023, and did not receive any phone calls or emails from **** or Skylar regarding resealing their edging. If I would have received a call, I would have referenced the signed estimate that states we seal the concrete edging once during the installation.
