  I'm delighted to give a five-star review for the exceptional sales and service of the Endless Pools swim spa. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was met with a knowledgeable and friendly staff who patiently answered all my questions. They guided me through the selection process, helping me find the perfect swim spa that suited my needs.The installation process was seamless, and the technicians were professional and efficient.   I purchased a Hot Spring Spas hot tub and I couldn't be happier! The sales experience was top-notch; the staff was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find the perfect spa for my needs.   Sell & Hide business philosophy at this location. Our experience with the hot tub and the manufacturer has been fair, but our experience with this dealer's service department is a model example on how to run a business poorly. We purchased a new limelight hot tub in winter of 2020, it immediately had a leak. We reported to the dealer promptly but got a run around. Like many of the reviews, they were hard to get a hold of, once we actually talked to someone they were reluctant to investigate and service the warranty issue. First excuse was Covid, then it was my kids must be splashing water out. After numerous phone calls and pleadings I was left with no choice but to contact the manufacturer. Long story short, it had taken months for them to finally come to our house to investigate and determine an in-foam leak. Subsequently, this caused damage to our house as well. Watkins sent a new hot tub in summer of 2020 and we thought lesson learned, the dealer will be on top of their game moving forward... I was mistaken! The new hot tub had one jet that did not spin correctly. An easy fix, however it was a repeat regarding the this dealer's service department response. Numerous calls to them and they still haven't come out to investigate. Today I finally get a call back with their solution, they will charge an $80 co-pay to come service the warranty on our new hot tub! A direct breach of the warranty which states the parts and labor are covered. So we are back to contacting the manufacture and possibly an attorney to put this and future issues to rest. I cannot stress enough, unless you are like me and have won every court case and know how to deal with these things... AVOID this dealer! They are wasting people's valuable enjoyment of a hot tub and precious time.
