    This was the 3rd time I used College Hunks in the last year. This last time was on Wednesday, August 17th, and it was horrible. I called the office or their main line to inform them of the additional stop at the storage unit that morning. I was not informed of any additional fees. *** storage unit was on its way to its destination. *** items needed to be moved 8 miles. *** items consisted of a King size mattress and box spring, and two dressers. It was coming out of a basement, and the one mover informed me that there was an additional charge to stop at a storage unit along the way to the destination. He seemed agitated. *** storage unit and destination had easy access. I was charged an additional $50.00 for the stop at the storage unit. At the storage unit, they moved only the bed and frame. It took the two men three hours at a total of $646.00. I was quoted $484.25. I had used College Hunks two weeks earlier and had two hutches, a ********** Queen *** and frame, a desk, and a couch. and it was $484.00, which included the weekend rate, and the distance was 5.8 miles.My budget was a total of $484.25 (, I cant believe I paid $162.00 more to move fewer items. I spoke to the manager of the office *****. He stated that I would be refunded the $50.00 for the additional stop and $100.00. Today, I followed up on the refund, I was informed that I would be getting $50.00 refund and a $100.00 credit if I chose to use the service again. ***** stated that is what we agreed to, which it wasnt. I was to be credited $150.00. I dont recommend this service; they were over budget by $162.00 and the communication has been unprofessional. ***re has been no follow since my last call in August from management.

    We hired college HUNKS to move us into our new house. Well they went in ruin our brand new carpet and chewed up some flooring. I did try to resolve the issues with the owner and they typed up a agreement that they would refund my deposit back in June, so I signed the agreement and they yet to refund my deposit. To get everything fixed was the expense of my own doing.
