    Glacier Propertie is refusing to do any needed repairs including pests extermination for roaches and mice (mind you I live on the second floor.) there's a wasp nest outside of my bedroom window {deathly allergic to bees)I have mold under my sinks kitchen and bathroom. basic things in my apartment does not work . The stove is missing a gasket there's only one burner on stove that works My ceiling fan does not spin My GFI in my bathroom cannot be reset my bathroom exhaust fan does not work. they have not fixed anything. A breaker was blown I could not flip the switch in my fuse box to get my lights to come back on they had to come and flip the switch in the apartment below me for my bedroom lights to come back on.

    May 18th 2023 is when it occurred. The maintenance of my bathroom ceiling has always been sketchy ever since I moved in years go. It had been peeling and flaking off. All of a sudden, the ceiling collapsed and I was left with a big hole. One of the people employed came over and dug out the drywall and cleaned what she could. 2 weeks later, they was a piece of plywood over the hole and that is where is stands. I do have picture to illustrate the scene if needed. Now it is 4+ weeks later and they "say" they're coming to fix it weekly to no avail. I really think they just want me to move and get out of their hair/bothering them. If more information is needed do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you!

    ***** how to get them to fix maintenance issues and pest problems but my kitchen sink leaks so bad the cabinet is rotting out and we have to dump a bucket daily.

    This is a good start I will send **** from our maintenance staff this afternoon or first thing tomorrow morning to look at the drain and repair the leak.  We have also schedule pest control to treat your apartment on Tuesday, May 16 between 9am and noon please contact the number below for future maintenance issues that come up, or if you prefer to reschedule either of the above problems.
