    I made an appointment to have a standard transmission oil flush and replacement. I had an appointment for 8:30am and was told at the time of making the appointment that it would take 1.6 hours, but to allow 2 hours. I waited 5 hours before being called to tell me that they couldn't do the job because they lacked the proper tools. No apology, no attempt to make it right. I wasted my day for nothing, even though they knew exactly what vehicle I was bringing in. My 11 year-old would have provided better customer service.

    I had my truck towed in for a clutch job after the flywheel failed. Prior to taking it in, my truck never leaked oil, was full of oil and ran fine. After going to pick it up, it's low on oil, leaking from the oil pan gasket, full of metal shavings and the engine is bad. The owner was extremely rude, treated me like I was clueless and tried telling me nothing was wrong with the truck. He tried telling me about how they can replace the valve cover gasket, the oil pan gasket a muffler and maybe that would solve my problem. I declined and said I'll just drive it as far as I can. I drove about a mile and a half before deciding it needed towed due to the lack of power. Somebody there did something wrong and won't own up to it. So now I'm left with a bill and without a vehicle.
