I absolutely don't recommend this hotel. we arrived on Thursday July 22,2022,fortunately we got one of the better rooms. other customers who had reservations complained of unsanitary rooms, broken toilet ,dirty sheets,no central air or a working television. I also didn't get what we paid for, a deluxe room with one king size bed, also false advertising on free breakfast

I tried calling the Hotel for 3 days, to get a early check in, with no answer. I arrived on July 23rd at 11:00. and was meeting my friend who was also staying. I went in to check in, someone who couldn't speak english was stating to me I had no reservation as he was looking at my itinerary in which I called an 877 # to make my reservation. He kept asking who booked through, I told him it doesn't matter he had my information in front of him. He did state we did, so when my friend got there we went back in and she stated we wanted to check in early if possible and he told us it would be $30 extra and we asked to see the room 107 and when he took us down there the card would not work and he used his master and when opened the room was all ready, but he charged us 30 to checkin early, as we were going to the ********************. My friend paid the 30 and we left for the race. When we came back at around 2 - 2:30 we got into room and he knocked on our door asking if our key worked (DUH) we were in the room and then asked how long we would be there and when we were coming back??? we left again to go back to racetrack and returned around 8:30. no elevator working, pool is out of commsion no snacks in snack machine and the ice machine did not work. My friend was came back inshe noticed him helping a couple to take their luggage upstairs my friend noticed the same couple was already leaving as they stated it smelled like urine and TV and air conditioning was not working. We confronted him about the $30 refund and he stated to us no refund these are cheap $60 room in which I stated I paid over $100. We called police and they had been there the night b4. A couple stated they were locked out of bldg another had no air or TV working. Anyway, we left the hotel at 10 never stayed and we got her $30 back after giving it back in to receive in front of camera. The cop told no one was to be on the second floor due to fines.
