    *************************** was the franchise owner of the Farrel's Extreme Bodyshaping ********* location. He is also the owner of the Coralville, ** location which remains open at the current time. On 3/9/23 **************** emailed all of the members of the ** location to advise the ** location was closing and wanted members to transfer to the Coralville location. The ********* location closed it's doors on 4/1/23. I was unable to transfer my annual membership to the Coralville location as it is too far from my home and conflicted with my work schedule. I have paid an annual fee for a membership since 2014. I paid an annual fee of $745 on 3/8/22 for which was a discounted amount to secure an annual membership (1 Opt A.3 Annual PIF Agreement) from ***************. I have a receipt for this pmt. **************** continued to offer to transfer membership to Coralville location. I requested a refund from 4/1/23-11/30/23 due to the closing of the location I was a member of. I am owed $414.50. There were multiple emails back in forth where **************** indicated he needed more time to get the software transfer complete first and then he could request the refund from the ***************** I have a letter from **************** dated 6/14/23 indicating a refund by the end of the month. It was never received. Since that time he has stopped responding to my request for a refund. I am attaching the most relevant information. If there is more information needed, pls let me know.
