    I have been with The Birthday Company for several years (more than 5+) with several different companies and I have liked their services and many of my clients have liked their cards as well.However, if you miss a payment, they are ****** On The Spot to DELETE your account within 9 days! Yes, 9 days! You have spent years logging in client information and have a beautiful history of when you sent certain cards and all in one swoop, they DELETE your account for being late for paying $4.63. Seriously? Not everyone checks emails every single day. Not even a phone call? Pausing an account is one thing and acceptable, but deleting account for a whopping $4.63 for a client who has been a client for years, always paid, and always giving good reviews and referring them out to other colleagues. Simply not acceptable!

    This clients account was cancelled for non payment of past due invoices.  The terms of the account termination are clearly spelled out in our terms of service.  If a customer fails or refuses to pay for our service then we can no longer service that customer.  Crazy concept right??

    If you place an order with birthday in a box company you might not get all your items and if you don't get all your items for example in my case I did not .You email them they say they get back to you in 24 hours which in my case they have not.I have contact them many times I have paid for my items and I have not received all of them their telephone number does not work. I have ordered from them in the past and everything was great so I thought they were legit. Now after not receiving all my items I see that there are a lot of reviews from other places on having the same issues not being able to get a hold of anybody for items not being delivered. I either want my refund from the items that I paid for that I did not receive or my items before my child's birthday party. I will never use them again there's no way of contacting them because you may send your email but they do not respond you can't get a hold of anyone because none of their numbers work. And I don't even know how to go about getting the return of my money for the items that are missing so to me this is like a scam you don't get what you pay for shame on them.
