    I purchased an item from the merchant of this complaint. The item was not as described and was a replica of a genuine item. When I purchased the item, I believed the item to be authentic apparel of popular clothing brand, but the item was a screen printed copy. I ask the merchant for a refund upon reception of the item, the merchant apologize for the misrepresentation and has only offered a partial refund of my money city their policy which is not applicable for the circumstances of my purchase. I attached email correspondences below to display my attempts to reach a resolution but my attempts have failed to recoup my money.

    Order was placed on March 25, 2024. 2 days later a tracking number is provided with USPS **************************. I started tracking and noticed that there was no updated since 3/27/2024 so i reach out to the seller and asking to check on that and also waiting since the order was place for a special even that happen on 4/13/2024 but as of today 4/15/2024 Order was never deliver nor new movement on the tracking number. I have been emailing with the seller but they are only asking to wait and wait. Also they were willing to refund me first $7, than $10 and lastly $15 but i keep asking them to refund me my full $116.99 since i no longer trust nor would like to purchase any items for them. Have a feeling they are either scammer and keep pushing back to get my issue resolved. Please assist me with this business and obviouly make sure they arent scammers and only taking people's money.

    They reachout and gave me a partial refund for the missing item. And an extra $15 for the delay of the order.

    I have reached out to the company to get a full refund since the item I got for my son he doesn’t like. The item has never been worn and ready to send back. The company keeps brushing me off saying they need measurements and pictures which I have sent them multiple times. They sent me an email back saying needs more pictures which I have done again multiple times and have not heard anything from them. I have tried to call them and now the number online is no longer in service.
