    Dispute:
    I bought an item to shred plants and limbs. 1. It was not clear that the product will not be able to shred larger limbs like 1" diameter. 2. The return policy is unclear. 3. They do not specify that they are a middle party to the SuperHandy company and that the return policy is according to the SuperHandy Company. I want to return the product while it is still in its box unopened and brand new. My advice to other buyers: Read the return policy carefully. It is near impossible to return their products. Be sure before you click. I bought an item under $300 and the estimated return shipping cost is >$200. In addition they are charging me a 15% restocking fee even though their site clearly indicates no restocking fee. In this situation I am requesting a return shipping label with no restocking fee

    Today I went to their website to order a magnifying glass. All over their website it is stated that they have free shipping to the lower 48. On the order page of the item I clicked it said FREE SHIPPING IN THE USA

    I called and inquired about this and told they didn't ship FREE to my area. I told them that their website said they DID and the rep said "I'll mention it to a supervisor, but I can't take off the shipping in your area". I live in CT. They refused to honor what they advertised. I told them I would file a complaint for false advertising and cancelled my order. So, here we are.
