    Had my hair colored today after a consultation and after writing down & showing her pictures of the hair color I wanted which is basic black & silver or known as Salt & Pepper. I have naturally dark brown hair with a little natural gray. My hair came out dirty blonde color. Totally opposite of what I wanted. I was not happy but held in my words. I'm out $309.00 and anyone who knows me knew what color I was dying to get my hair colored and it's not blonde. *** the one that did my hair just looked at me and another lady checked me out just staring at me. That's how bad it looks. But she didn't seem to care that it was not what I requested. I even asked her if she has done many of the new Salt & Pepper color , she said yes. So I added the pic of what I wanted it to look like and then a pic after my hair is done.

    I played phone tag on Friday and I left to go get my kids. She didn't answer I left her a vm and she she actually paid with gift card. I refunded that service onto a refund for her. We dont refund gift cards she paid with a gift card so we gave her a gift card refund. Her services and sales tax ended up 282.48 Im not refunding the moose.

    ****** from Definitions called me and she said she was willing to give me another gift card.  Well, the point is my hair is all messed up and I need to go somewhere else and get it done.  I don't want them to do my hair.  I'm not sure why they can't give my money back. It really sounds like they just want to rip me off again.   Can you let them know that I want my cash back so I can go somewhere else.

When our guests pay with a giftcard, if for any reason we decides to go the route of a refund, it goes back onto the payment form that was used at the time. The service was not paid in cash which is why the money was refunded to the gift card. We apologize you were unhappy with your service. We strive to make sure all of our guests are completely satisfied with their services. Unfortunately we were only sent an email on an account that was inaccessible at the time which caused a delay in response to your email. We unfortunately never received a phone call or voicemail about this situation at any point, as this would have been handled immediately. We uphold our service providers and business to a standard of upmost guest experiences and services. With that being said we are also not perfect at everything all of the time but we strive to do our best and make everything right in good faith. Our policies are stated on our website and we also understand there are sometimes instances where individual cases may need other considerations. We would like to discuss with you over the phone the requests you have submitted as we will need to have documentation agreed upon and signed for our records to proceed with your request.
