    I bought service from this establishment via cash transaction alongside paper contract. The service was for a rental dumpster, and the contract states pickup date for the rental, price agreement, and terms and conditions of liabilities. After the transaction was arranged , verbal instructions were given by the truck driver at drop-off for rules and regulations of the container itself (there weren’t many) and said that if we “need more time to let us know.”

    And so, I did. I called establishment twice, and left two voicemails stating that I was not going to be able to finish by the original date, and that I would be out of town. When they finally got back to me, via text, it states as follows:

    “ Hi, this is **** with affordable. I got your message. Yep, just call us when you're done, no extra charge.,, we would not have come and guided on that expected pickup date.Anyway, that's just expected date.We never charge if it goes over that day.So just call when you're done,”

    So, as I understood it we were already past the original date for pickup, I could fill the rest of the dumpster I had left at my leisure, or when weather allows.

    With no follow up correspondence from the company for the duration of the month that I was allowed the dumpster and no contact with me about a planned pickup, the company sent two employees in a truck while we were at work.

    The company refuses to take accountability for their miscommunication, and refuse to return contact to me. I can take accountability for the fact that I had a month’s time to fill this dumpster. I understand it as their only rebuttal to their lack of integrity, seeing as there is nowhere in the transaction, drop-off, or late request correspondence that the company enforces a limit for the time a container may sit with one client. Only after they picked up the dumpster was I informed of the option for a formal extension request. Unbeknownst to me, there was an expectation of me to make more than one extension request.

    It's plain and simple.We give seven day rental.They did text me if they can keep it longer.That usually is a few days.They had it for thirty days, nobody dumpster company in omaha Nebraska, will let you have a dumpster for thirty days for the same price.We can rent that dumpster out four on a month.They are in high demand this time of year.I explained that to them on the phone,, they may have text from me to them.They sent me the text but they're not sending all the text that I sent them.Because they erase them contract says seven days on it.I let them keep 32 days.
