      On Feb. 15th after signing a contract, I gave Jose ****** (De Leon Interiors LLC) a check for $********. This was going to be 1/2 of the total payment for installing new carpet in part of my house. He cashed the check the same day. On the first initial of instal he was delayed and rescheduled because the padding hadn’t arrived. He continued to delay two more times because of this. He eventually put a new date and failed to show up. He ghosted me completely. His phone wouldn’t allow calls. Several days later he sent me a message saying he was working on getting me a refund but had to return all
      of the materials he had purchased for the job, and once he got his money back I would get mine. It has been excuse after excuse and just disappearing for days. I never canceled the job he just didn’t show and I just want my money back. He is not showing any interest in giving it back to me.

      I Jesus ****** ******** was approached in **** ***** by Jose ****** as he stated he subcontracts through **** ***** under the De Leon Interiors LLC as he is part owner with his fiancée Jarolin ** **** *****, Josh ***** Owner. He received payment of $**** for contract 11-16-2022 and $****** for contract 11-19-2022 he stated work would be started in within seven days and finished four days there of as 01-20-2023 no work has been started after numerous phone calls with no answer and numerous texting with no resolution from Jose ****** or Josh *****, I requested a refund from Jose with nothing but excuses and now with no response to phone calls or text messaging.
