    The floor tiles are popping up & pieces are breaking off the tiles. I’m elderly & it’s a little hard to navigate through the kitchen for fear of falling or tripping on the broken tiles.
    I called Bob Rooker on April 20, 2024 to tell him about the floor & he told me to text him my name, number, & address, which I did immediately on hanging up. I have not heard a word & probably never will but now I’m going to have to have the whole floor replaced.
    The two layers underneath should have been torn out before this floor was put down but he said it would be fine but it wasn’t!

    Customer has contacted me 3 years after the work was done she has made aggressive remarks when she contacted me about the job and I told her that my warranty was for workmanship and I feel that after 3 years that something else was done that caused the issue at this point it was not my workmanship

    I am rejecting this response because:  His workmanship totally was the reason the floor is cracking & breaking up & he is a very poor contractor.  I did not get aggressive with him. I was trying to get him to come & see the terrible job he did.

    He said he would try to be here on Tuesday May 21st, but of course he was a no show.  Totally irresponsible & does shoddy work & his guarantee to back his work is worthless.  I definitely would not recommend him for anything.

    This lady told me she wasnt going to pay me 3 quarters into the job so I quit her. I am asking her to small claims court for labor
