I would like to start out with saying hundai has the worst employees. They have had my daughters car for almost a year to work on it and all the managers and employees never call u back like manager Steve and Tyler. And when they do call u back they lie to u about what's going on with ur car. I drove 6 hrs to talk to Steve he promised he he would take care of the problem and still has not done nothing. My daughter's car is still there to this day.

My husband and I had an appointment to meet with our salesman Todd R******. We went there to lease our second vehicle from him. He was so informative and answered all of our questions. Showed us how to operate the new features on our new car. He is amazing and if you want a great salesman ask for Todd! Our Finance Manager, Hernan was a great guy and did a great job going over our lease paperwork and answered all questions. They also have a new General Manager, Loren. He stopped in as well to make sure our experience was a good one. It truly was a wonderful experience for both of us and it absolutely was!

When l was looking for a car they treated me all so nice but once they had me it was all over. They lied to me about the coverage on the car l bought the car last November and in the spring when l turned the air-conditioner on it didn't work my 3000 dollar extended warranty said air conditioner was covered but it wouldn't cover. 3 days after I bought the car I took it back and asked if l could get my money back they told me it was to late. But I go home and see on TV that if you buy from them you have 30 days if you're not happy bring it back. But not for me. This car was a pre-certifid car . After I had the trouble with the air l told them to cancel the extended warranty because it wasn't covering they wouldn't. Just this week I took it in for an oil change mind you l supposed to have 2 years maintenance free this would have been my 3rd oil change they told me l all ready used my 2 free oil changes so l went to talk to them they said they would find out and call me never called when l call them they don't take my calls. No one ever calls back. I live an hour away from the dealer and when I was fighting about the coverage on the air-conditioner they stopped taking my calls so in order to talk to someone I had to drive there at least 5 trips if not more. If anyone asks me l would say to stay away from Edward's they are not truthful and they treat you like crap.

I was traveling through and had a check engine light pop on (not the low oil light). The code on the check engine was P0014. I checked the oil level in my car and it was almost all gone and I had just done an oil change 3000 miles ago. I called and came into the dealership. They reviewed my engine code and told me all I needed was an oil change. Plus, I needed to pay $175 for oil clean-up from oil I spilled on the engine cover. It was told to me that I must do the oil clean-up because it could damage belts. It should have been explained to me that oil will burn up with a heated engine and the $175 was not a necessary charge. It felt that they knew I was traveling through and didn't have many options to continue on with my travels unless I paid for it. I reiterated that this was a check engine light and not low oil. Again, they confirmed all I needed was an oil change and oil clean-up. In retrospect, this felt like the dealership took advantage of a situation of a traveler.

When we were test driving the used car we wanted to purchase, we noticed a few small chips in the paint. The Salesman, Ethan, said that the dealership would fix the chips before applying the clearcoat protection that we were sold for an extra $2500. When my wife dropped off the car for the protection spray, they handed her a paint pen so we could fix on our own time, after the protection spray?!? They lied about what they would do, and the salesman was extremely rude when he called my wife to explain how he had misled us. Don't trust this dealership!!!!!

Was working with the sales person Josh for over a week on a new Elantra limited. Spoke about my trade in plus the 1500 bonus they were offering. I agreed and put a deposit down but when I saw the paperwork the $1500 bonus disappeared. They tried to rip me off on my trade saying that the 1500 was included. I hope people wise up to these dealerships. You can check KBB instant cash value and also caredge for anyone wondering how much you car is really worth. I should have known this dealer was to good to be true.
