    They charged us over $274 to spray for every type of bug. Told them I already had the house ready to go and packed up. They came out and told us everything was all good. Told us we had to remove the kids because the spray could cause coughing. So we went outside. Instead of spraying the house the person who came out went around and took pictures of our personal stuff without our permission and then told their boss they told us it would cost extra for them to come back out and spray because our house had clutter and nothing was removed from the cabinets. I have my own photos of what my house looked like. There was no clutter. They complained about a mattress and shower box sitting in the middle of a bedroom floor. I had explained to them we are remodeling the bathroom so there is no flooring right now. All they had to do was ask and we could have moved it for them to spray. Instead they snuck pictures from around our house without our consent which is illegal. I called them a few days after the “treatment” was completed because I was seeing more bugs. They told me wait a week and call back. So I did. The receptionist after much debate and talking to the owner told me the tech never sprayed my house that we paid them $274 for because it had beds lining the walls and my cabinets were never emptied etc. highly do not recommend this company.

    Very unprofessional company! They will make arrangements but won't honor what they said they would do. Very difficult company to get ahold of as they will just leave the phone on voicemail during business hours. The tech rushed through our service and it is clear why it didn't work. Save yourself the hassle and go with a real company that isn't a local small mom and pop operation.

    We reached out to the Customer and had a nice positive resolution to his complaint. We feel that both parties are satisfied and Customer has opted to continue service with our Company and we look forward to doing service for him.
