    We have used perfect plumbing for our new houses, when they failed their inspection with the city, they have never returned to fix and finish up the job. we have been trying to contact this company since october 2023, they always have their excuses. unfortunately my builder paid it in full when job is not even completed. the project has been stand still since october last year, it costed us so much money because of this delay. we have just found a different plumber to finish it up, but it will cost me additionally $3000. i would like to reimburse from perfect plumbing and pay me back all the interests from delaying my jobs

    This is in reference to the house at **** ** **** **** ********* *** We were called out there to work on the plumbing after another plumber did it wrong. We repaired the plumbing according to our estimate given in 2023. In our estimate we did not include water lines, the pressure reducing valve that failed inspection was part of his waterlines. The builder said he would take care of it. We performed everything within our estimate for the drain lines and the vent lines we were paid what we quoted. There is still a balance owed from another project of the builder. We did a project for them on ***** ******* and they owe us still almost $3000. I told them I would not work on any other projects for them until my money money was paid. I did not have any dealings with the owners of the property, I only dealt with the general contractor. I am going to enclose the estimate and invoice for the above property. I will also enclose a separate invoice for the other property the same general contractor owns. I will not work on the general contractors properties unless their past due invoices are paid. I included pictures of text messages to Show. I kept in constant contact with the general contractor. I did call the owner to try to talk to him and let him know the situation that the
    General contractor still owes me money and we did not even do the waterlines at his property. The owner of the property said that’s our issue, I tried to explain to him I did not do the waterlines, he would not pay me to fix him, and general contractor still owes me money.
