    Patrick was wonderful and helped us out when our RV needed a part welded back on. He arrived to the campground quickly and took us to a body shop and we were completely done in 90 minutes from meeting him.

    These people completely ghosted me! Patrick came out, inspected my A/C, determined that it needed to be replaced and said he would be sending off the form that night to initiate a warranty claim. That was never done, and they have not replied to any texts, emails, or phone calls. I would NEVER do business with them again - they didn't even bother to contact me to collect payment! I couldn't recommend a company any less than McDowell Mobile RV Repair and would recommend that anyone looking for mobile RV repair look somewhere else - definitely NOT recommended.
