    This towing company was hired by Mercedes Roadside Assistance. The tow driver arrived at 7:15 a.m. at my personal residence to tow my Mercedes SL63 from my garage. Tow driver lifted the back end of the vehicle up to slide on the bed of the tow truck - in doing so he angled the rear into the air at too high of angle and dragging the front carbon fiber bumper along my garage floor damaging/scraping the front bumper. Driver immediately said 'thought I got it raised up in time' oops. However, his boss/owner denies any damage and will not fix or use his insurance to fix the damage. I'd just like the public to know what kind of integrity this company has when the vehicle owner was standing right there and the damage was done in front of our eyes. Their representation to their insurance company was self-serving and not upstanding at all.

    The customers vehicle was located in her garage at time of pick up, let it be known that the garage floor had a polyurea coating making it a smooth surface. When the customer called me, I immediately went to the service location( the Mercedes dealership) to look at the damages myself as I am the owner of the company. I looked at the bottom of her front "ground effect" and there were multiple area both on top and in front, as well as, underneath. I am incredulous to believe that this is all just from my company. I took multiple pictures which shows damage to the entire area of the entire surface of her "ground effect". This can only indicate to me that she has driven to close to the cement blocks at parking spaces. I asked the dealership if this could be damage from towing and they just shrugged their shoulders. I then contacted my insurance company and they agreed with my take through the pictures I sent. She claims it was a NEW "ground effect" but that was impossible as with all the chips in it were in areas that do not get touched when towing. I will include a multitude of images showing exactly what I have described in this response. I feel bad that she is unhappy with her tow, I will not however, pay for damages she herself made, assuming responsibility for the damages to the entirety of the "ground effect".
