    My spouse went in and was told his windshield was a special order and he had to pay half the price up front. He was told the windshield would be in the following week and got a call saying upon the delivery the windshield was broke and resent for replacement yet again it was broken upon delivery- that's now 2 weeks , I call the following week and was told they reordered the windshield but from another company and still haven't heard anything. So my spouse calls them to cancel everything and get our money but was told we would have to pay a restock fee, restock fee for what? It wasn't in stock to begin with.

    Took my car in to have the windshield replaced. They said I had to have a special kind of glass because of the radio sound. They gave me a price, it was expensive, I thought, but if it called for a certain kind of glass, it had to be done. I waited for my car. I was told my car was ready. I was happy to get it done. I paid for the windshield, got a hundred off of the cost, thought that was cool but weird and out the door I went. I looked at the windshield and it was fixed, and I was happy!. I drove straight home and parked in my driveway. Went to get in my car later that night and heard a noise when I opened my car door. I checked my car and I looked all along my car and up on my left quarter panel above my tire, was a big DENT! I called the store and left a message, because it was after hours. I got a call back the next day. Told them what I found and explained when and how I found the dent. The manager said it was there when I brought the car in. NO WAY WAS IT THERE! I only had the car maybe six months. It was a newer model, a year old. My first new car ever. I took care of it. I didn't drive my car the previous day, only to get the windshield put in and then home. Asked them if they had any cameras in the bay area and the manager said no! Ok then So, it is my word against theirs. I will never take my car back there. When someone asks me what happened to my car, I tell them! I also tell them, not to take their car there to be fixed because they don't tell the truth!. An ordinary windshield was a hundred dollars cheaper then the special one I had installed. But yet they took a hundred off the special glass they installed. Why did they do that? Humm, do you think it's because they were in the wrong but didn't want to admit what had happened.?

    This was done over two years ago, she would had seen this when she open the door when she picked it up.
