- Lott's Home Improvement L.L.C. provides a standard 10-year workmanship warranty, in addition to the manufacturer's warranty.
- For Single Ply systems, enjoy a 5-year workmanship warranty and a 5-year scheduled maintenance plan, alongside the manufacturer's warranty.
- Gutter and gutter guard systems come with a 5-year workmanship warranty, in addition to the manufacturer's warranty.
- All repair work is backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty.
