    Bought a set of traction bars and rear brackets are the wrong ones. Reached out to seller and told them what's going on. Even admitted that I would need a different style bracket. I have all text messages from seller with what is going on. Sent pictures so they could see the problem which is when seller said I need a different style bracket. Last response from seller was on 3/3/25. Started talking to seller on 2/27/25 and this is when he asked for pictures. Sent pictures on 2/28/25 and at 12:19 PM. Heard nothing back until late Monday after I asked since he wouldn't respond if I had been scammed. The reply back was his phone broke the previous week. However, seller sent a text on 2/28/25 so not sure how a phone could be broke the following week yet can send a text that same week. On 3/4/25 sent another text to seller with some questions and got no reply. Followed up on 3/5/25 with where are we at with the new brackets and still no response. On 3/7/25 pulled up some reviews on them and it seems that seems to be the norm. Also sent a text on 3/7/25 on why seller hasn't gotten back to me. So as of 3/11/25 there has been no response on resolving this issue. Have $699.95 plus tax in the traction bars which I chose to be non-powder coated. Took them and had them powder coated, and cost was around $300. Now I sit with basically $1000 worth of parts that can't be used, nor does it seem that the seller wants to send the correct parts to fix the problem.I am not looking for a refund all I am asking is for the correct brackets that I need to sent. I would be happy to supply all of the messages for proof of this situation,
