    On 11-31-21 I purchased there product for my home porch,down spout on garage,then my shed behind my ********* reached to the company spoke with *********************** in the rainy season of 2021 about my back porch not draining properly. He came said it was due to the roof.In 2022 all my roofs were replaced.An the gutters still weren't draining properly. So sent Text to ***** October 25th explained my roofs were replaced and the gutters were not draining properly. So he asked if the roofers did it an I said no.So I asked my roofers come back to check an I also asked them to check for a fascia board .I was informed no there wasn't. Now I sent photos to ***** and showed him how the gutters were doing I choose a rainy day.Also the ****************** when they showed I asked them the same question an was informed no.So I paid for Faseia wrap an was never installed. An every time I brought it up to ***** nothing was done. An you can still tell there draining behind the gutter were it's leaving brown marks.This Company takes advantage of people I'm 60yrs old an disabled. I can't imagine how many other disabled people an elderly people have been scammed by this company.
