    Over half way through the install I noticed a 'bad' looking pattern on the roof. I went over and looked at the packages of shingles and realized the crew was installing them differently that the instructions, after looking into it a little more there was a warning about the install pattern."CAUTION! Failure to follow instruction steps 1-5 below will bring joints too close together and may cause unattractive patterns!"*** was not willing to admit they did it wrong and proud of his faulty ******* install. He said he's "done it that way for 20 years and doesn't plan on changing". He has since been harassing us with calls from himself and a "debt collector" or some sort who thinks it ok to make threats to contact a workplace to get money when we haven't been to court yet. What a clown.Do not hire this company. Do your homework and make sure the contractor is going to install the shingles as the instructions direct. Check their work. It's your house!
