I wish I could give less than zero, bit 1 star it is. Horrible is an understatement. I was lied to, deceived, had my money taken and the so-called "mechanic" knew exactly what he did. He (goes by two names; Rich and Steve) broke the gasket on the new water pump he was supposed to be installing. He then attempted to use the old gasket off of the water pump he removed. He had me pay for a thermostat that was unnecessary and not even used that now sits in my garage. He returned my vehicle to me after "working on it" for almost 3 full days. A water pump replacement is 4 hours max, which I've since learned from this disaster. My vehicle was returned to me severely compromised and was missing essential bolts, screws, and 3 motor mounts. It had no antifreeze. It was squealing and revving. I had to beg for my car back so I could get it in to another shop to be assessed. Instead of admitting that he didn't know what he was doing, he deceived me and took my money. All the while telling me it needed a thermostat. It didn't and never did. I paid him $642. I paid a second mechanic $518 to save my vehicle. This guy is a swindler and a fake. I now believe all of his 5 star reviews are fake too. He knows he was at fault because he offered me money back on the labor portion, and tried to blame another guy...that doesn't exist. I asked for all of my money returned to me as he damaged one part I paid for (the water pump) and the other part was an unnecessary purchase (the thermostat). This place should be shut down. For a mechanic shop, it doesn't even have a lift!
