    BEWARE OF SCAM. This Firm's Managing Partner Bernardo Mendia-Alcaraz claims to have attended the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California at Berkeley, but when I called the school to verify they did not have any record of his attendance. None of their offerings are filed with the SEC, even exempt offerings need to be filed. They trade securities in their trading floor located in Mexico City and also have no license filed with the SEC to do so. They only hire kids straight out of college who do not know what red flags to look out for. They also pay all employees under the table and do not report the income to the IRS. They have failed to return 190k from one investor, and have refused to pay two of their employees.
