    Purchase date 9/30/2024 Product * Hearing Aids Amount paid $8490.00 Product could be returned within the first 60 days They wanted me to return for fittings and adjustments as needed during the first 30 days. At 30 days, I said, I wanted to return the product due to my unsatisfaction with them. Was told they couldn't do the return, that the sales person who sold them had to do it, and they (she) were unavailable, and to make another appointment. At approx 32 day I met with the sales person, but she wanted to do adjustment and I mentioned that I was not satisfied and wanted to return them concerned that I didn't want to extend past their return time frame, Salesperson said the return window wasn't mandatory, they were flexable, but they wanted me to adjust to my hearing aids I returned 4 more times each time I said I wanted to return the product(s) but they said salesperson was unavailable due to medical issues and they could not process the return that I had been requesting. I was given an appointment date on Dec 2nd 2024 I met with the salesperson, and when I again said I wanted to return the product she said they wouldn't accept them back, that it was 9 days past the 60 days. I asked why ? Because she had previously told me the time frame was flexible. Be they refused and I couldnt return them. They basically lied, stretched out with multiple appointments and not accepting my request(s) for a return/ refund during the first 60 days Now I have a product I am unsatisfied with. I would like to have a refund for the amount $8,490.00 I paid them.

    I am rejecting this response because:

        They were notified that I was wanting to return the product ( with-in the return window of 30 days) I expressed my concern of the return policy but they wanted me to spend more time adjusting to the hearing aids and that they were flexable on the return time frame. After several more appointments (each appointment I mentioned my dissatisfaction and wanting to return them, but their response each time was that the salesperson who did the original sale had to process the return and they (she) was unavailable. After several more appointments and again mentioning my want to process a return of the product each time (hearing aids) was told she wouldnt be available for a while due to taking time off due to medical issues.   Once i was given an appointment with the salesperson (who previously mentioned they were flexable with the return time frame) she says she wouldnt do a return because i was beyond the return date.

          I was lied to, and feel they should process my return,  As I expressed my unsatisfaction and want to return the product well with-in the return window.
