    We were on our way home from a trip out west and stopped for the night at this hotel. We were only there for approximately 3 hours. The room was not clean there was a p**** drawn on the mirror but everyone was so tired they decided to overlook that. My sons girlfriend fell asleep while looking at her phone and when she woke up she noticed that there were bedbugs. They made the staff aware of it and they did offer another room but they declined and packed up everything and put it in garbage bags and left. The front desk staff said we needed to contact owner so we did after traveling the rest of the way home. When I spoke to him he said we would not be charged for the room and did offer us 50 percent off of our next stay I declined. I explained that we lost a lot of stuff that could not be cleaned and was not willing to take the chance of bringing them into my house. I have contacted him and also corporate and have not had very good results as the charge for the room is still on my credit card. He is denying the fact that there were bed bugs even though we have pictures and showed the staff that night..This was a complete nightmare. If I could give them negative stars I would.
